Many of the parts sold by European Road and Racing are for off-road use only. All installations are at the customer's own risk. European Road and Racing holds no responsibility for mechanical, electrical or any types of failure when using these aftermarket parts. Some items are also illegal in some states and only to be used on racing vehicles and not on public roads

All content included on this site including and not limited to text, logos, images, buttons, video clips and software, is the property of European Road and Racing and/or its suppliers. 

TEST FIT WHEELS PRIOR TO MOUNTING TIRES. MOUNTED WHEELS ARE NOT RETURNABLE.

ORDERING

Once you have placed an online order, phone order, or any other type of order with European Road and Racing, you have entered in a contract to purchase and your credit card will be charged immediately. Orders do not always ship the same day. This is dependent on inventory, order volume and handling time. Please allow at least 24 hours for your order to ship. If you need priority delivery then please contact us by phone for immediate attention. 

If you order a product, your credit card is charged immediately as stated above. We will notify you the status of the order and product availability. If you choose to cancel the order before the item has been shipped out, a full refund may be issued. As soon as the item ships, you are subject to the 25% restocking fee and the remaining amount will be credited back to you.

Wagen Wheels does not refund shipping charges. 

SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS

Some items may be special order specifically for the customers vehicle. These items generally require a deposit or paid in full. Once this deposit amount is notified to the customer and they agree to order the special order item, the deposit becomes non-refundable. These special order items cannot be returned or resold. Cancellations are not allowed on special order parts.

European Road and Racing accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and Paypal.

WARRANTY

All products purchased through European Road and Racing come with the manufacturer's warranty. European Road and Racing does not offer any sort of warranty on any of the products sold by us.

All parts are intended for off-road use only and are to be installed by a professional shop.

Warranty claims are to be made directly with the manufacturer. You may contact us at any time during this process.

By law, no dealership is allowed to void a warranty based on the presence of an aftermarket modification. The aftermarket part only voids the warranty of the part it is replacing.
